Witness Carl Orff's monumental Carmina Burana performed by a full symphony orchestra, musicians from the Youth Orchestras of San Antonio performing side by side with Harmonium, and more than 100 choral voices filling the concert hall with one of the most exhilarating works ever written. The evening also features internationally acclaimed violinist Tessa Lark performing the Texas premiere of Michael Torke's Bluegrass Concerto, Sky, a virtuosic work that blends classical brilliance with the spirit and energy of American bluegrass.
