Free public parking is available along Old Bandera Rd and Riggs Rd; overflow fields across from the venue and at nearby corners are sometimes used by third parties (pricing not controlled by the venue). Public parking is first come, first served—do not block driveways or hydrants.

Opened in 1942 by Mr. John T. Floore, himself, John T. Floore Country Store was not a store at all, but a unique Texas Dance Hall and Cafe. Floore's, long renowned for its world famous tamales and homemade bread, offers a full menu of great Texas Cafe style food, ice cold beer and and truly unique Texccentric atmosphere.

Rideshare and taxi service (Uber/Lyft) serve the venue; allow extra time for pick-up and drop-off. There is no rail service to Helotes; most attendees drive or use rideshare.
