The DoSeum

The San Antonio Children's Museum introduced a new name and direction to members of the community and media at Lion's Field Park during its free "Dream It! Build It! Do It! event. The new name comes with a new location, opening at 2800 Broadway St. in June of 2015. We've chosen a new name because the San Antonio Children's Museum is charting a new future. The DoSeum represents a transformed facility, a place where doing ignites critical thinking and problem solving - the 21st century skills our kids need most to succeed in school and in life. The DoSeum name reflects our commitment to serving as a dynamic educational and cultural resource. We are embracing our new roles as gathering place, idea incubator, and laboratory for community collaboration.
